National Performance Framework and System Leadership – How Can We Bring Greater Connectivity to our Work?
The National Performance Framework sets out a wide-ranging, complex and interconnected set of aspirations for Scotland. This session is an opportunity to explore how we can bring greater connectivity into our work to support this, drawing upon the many elements of system leadership that are being developed and supported across our sectors.
As part of the Firestarter Festival this event will look at ways in which we can deliver on the National Performance Framework together.
Our current approaches are often located around single organisations and sectors and the National Performance Framework needs us to think up a more connected and potentially more radical approach. This event places particular emphasis on bringing people from different organizations and sectors together to explore the possibility for a wider, whole system approach in service of the National Performance Framework.
