Application fees
Unfortunately, the application fee is non-refundable. This means that, if you apply for registration and do not respond to our requests for information in time, we will reject your application and won’t refund your fee. This is also the case if we process your application but you no longer require registration because your circumstances change after you apply. This is because the application fee is for the cost of us processing your application.
Annual fee
If you pay an annual fee then need to come off the Register for any reason, the fee is non-refundable. However, if you then re-apply for registration and your annual fee date was in the last six months, you do not have to pay another fee to apply.
Renewal fee
If you pay your renewal fee but fail to renew your registration the fee will be refunded.
