From your employers area, click the ‘Search people who are registered’ tile.
You will be shown a list of all workers that are registered with the SSSC for your organisation.
You can use the sliders to only see workers that have an overdue fee, or that have been removed from the register.
You can use the search box of you ned to look up any specific information, for example, if you wanted to check all workers within a specific care service, enter the care service name or number in the search.
Countersignatories also have a ‘View and Amend Details’ button against each worker where you can tell us if a worker has left your organisation, upload qualification certificates, declare offence, disciplinary or health matters, or you can view their registration certificate.
If you are updating any information, when you are finished, click ‘Submit’ to send the information to the SSSC.
