Just a reminder that we have guidance on our website to explain the different ways supervisors in these services can meet the supervisory part of their qualification requirement.
There are four ways to meet this requirement, one of which is to complete two units from a list we have specified from SVQ Social Services and Healthcare at SCQF Level 9 (group award GH61 24) and SVQ Care Services Leadership and Management at SCQF Level 10 (group award GJ9V 24). You can see the list of these here.
We do not accept units from generic management awards, including the current version of the SVQ Management at SCQF level 9. However, we continue to accept units we have accepted from older versions.
