Change and Improvement Manager
£40,479 to £44,766 (pay award pending)

Do you have a track record of managing and coordinating change projects from inception to delivery?
We have an exciting opportunity for someone with change management experience, enthusiasm, and the ability to build relationships and bring others with you to deliver sustained improvement to how we work.
This is a new role within the Performance and Improvement Department, one where you are given the freedom to build on your fresh ideas and really make a difference in how we deliver our strategic outcomes.
Your job will be to support the SSSC to improve our performance; driving changes to the business by tailoring, embedding and encouraging new ways of working. Using an evidence-based and quality management approach, the role is responsible for overseeing and coordinating our improvement work and developing a framework for continuous improvement that integrates with our business planning.
What you need to succeed
We are looking for someone with:
• experience supporting the implementation of strategic and business plans by delivering and coordinating organisational change priorities
• a proven ability to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement from business intelligence and networking opportunities
• experience using a range of quality management and improvement methodologies, tools and techniques to support and deliver complex change across an organisation.
