When you make a referral about a registered worker there’s key information we need to know.
It’s important that when making a referral you give us as much information as possible right from the beginning. It saves us and you a lot of toing and froing.
Why are we telling you this?
Sometimes employers tell us they have dismissed a worker for gross misconduct but don’t tell us what the misconduct was.
Sometimes information is missing, such as dates or disciplinary documents.
Read our guidance and flowchart to find out exactly what to do.
And remember to always use and fill in all the Employer Referral Form.
