The Scottish Government carried out a consultation at the end of 2008 on the dates for introducing required registration. As a result, the Regulation of Care (Fitness of Employees in Relation to Care Services) (Scotland) (No 2) Regulations 2009 came into force on 30 April 2009 meaning workers in the table below will now be required to register with the SSSC.
Don't leave it too late... take action today!
To guarantee registration in time, workers must have their applications in to the SSSC by the submission dates below.
