If you are already registered you can pay your annual fee or your renewal fee (including Disclosure Scotland fee) by telephone. If you are applying for registration for the first time you cannot pay by telephone.

If we have written to you about renewing your registration or paying your annual fee, you can pay by telephone by calling us on Lo-call 0845 60 36 979. You can pay by credit or debit card and will need to have the letter we sent you to hand as you will be asked to tell us the invoice number.

Please do not call us to try and pay by telephone if you are applying for registration for the first time or you do not have the invoice number from your annual fee or renewal notice. We will not be able to accept your payment over the telephone.
