NHS Quality Strategy

The Quality Strategy, announced today by the Scottish Government, will measure the quality of care provided by the National Health Service through the experience of patients and the information will be used to drive up standards.

The strategy recognises that the patient's experience of the NHS is about more than speedy treatment but the quality of care they get.
