Intelligence bulletin: Key workforce data sources

You can now download the second issue of Intelligence, the bulletin aimed at helping employers find out more about planning for the Scottish social services workforce for the future. This edition focuses on key workforce data sources.

Good labour market information is vital for employers as it highlights key issues and is essential to plan for the social services workforce for the future. The data plays an important role in helping employers to undertake effective workforce planning and to improve their benchmarking processes.
