The SSSC Codes of Practice set out the standards of professional conduct and practice for workers as you go about your daily work. It is crucial that people who use services, carers and the public have confidence in the services they need and use and can rely on the people employed to look after their interests.
Find out what you should do if you're concerned that a social service is not meeting the standards in the Code and if an employer or service provider is carrying out a breach of the Code and/or the Scottish Government's National Care Standards on our guidance and information for social service workers section.
