| 20 February 2012 | Last date for submitting entries. |
| April 2012 | Entries not shortlisted will be notified by the end of April 2011 |
| April/May 2012 | Finalists will give a presentation to the Care Accolades judges |
| 22 June 2012 | The afternoon tea and award ceremony at Perth Concert Hall, Perth |
