Re-applying to join the Register
You may have been previously registered with the SSSC but been removed because, for example, you were no longer working in social care.
If you return to work in a service where registration is possible or required and need to re-register, please contact us for a Restoration application form. This will allow you to apply for registration without having to send us your identification documents again.
Are you a social work student?
The Restoration application form is not suitable for social work students. If you have been previously registered as a worker and wish to re-apply as a social work student, you can use the online application form.
