What are the SSSC’s online registration services?

The new online registration services will allow social service workers registered with the SSSC to view and update their registration details online and pay their annual fee online. Over the coming months we plan to expand the system to offer a wider range of online services to social service workers and their employers.

 

 

Who can use the SSSC’s online registration services?

Initially, only registered social service workers can use these services. We have written to every registrant and invited them to use our online services. If you are registered with the SSSC and have not received any information about this, please contact us at registration@sssc.uk.com

 

 

What can I use the SSSC’s online registration services for?

If you are a registered social service worker, you can:

  • view an extract of your entry in the SSSC's Register
  • tell us about any changes to your personal details
  • pay your annual fees online.

 

How do I get started?

To use the online services, you need to create an account. If you are a registered social service worker we will have already written to you enclosing a secure access code. You can get started now if you have that access code to hand. If we have not written to you, or you have lost your letter, please contact us at registration@sssc.uk.com


Please do not attempt to use the system without your secure access code.

 

 

What do I need to use the SSSC's online registration services?

You must have the letter we sent you containing your access code to hand as you will need the code to create your account.

You will also need to have a private email account as we will ask you for your email address. Please use your own private home or work email address as we will use that address to send you confidential information about your account. For security reasons you should never use an email address that you share with other people, for example a group or family email address.

If you are making an online payment, you will need to have your debit or credit card to hand. You will also need your customer number, which can be found on your invoice. If you do not have this, please call our finance department on 0845 60 36 979.
