Change of circumstances

As a registered worker, you are obliged to inform the SSSC about any changes to the information we hold about you. This will help us make sure that we keep the Register up to date. Please use this form to inform the SSSC of any changes in your circumstances.

You can inform the SSSC of a change to your circumstances by telephoning: 0845 60 30 891, selecting option 2, or emailing: registration@sssc.uk.com Alternatively you can complete the form below and return it to the SSSC.
