Voluntary removal from the Register
If you are no longer working in a care home service for adults and wish to have your name voluntarily removed from the Register, please be advised that you need to formally apply for this. If you wish to apply for voluntary removal from the Register, you should complete the voluntary removal form and return it to the SSSC.
