As a registered worker you must adhere to the Codes of Practice.
You also have a duty to inform the SSSC of :
Your employer has a duty under the Codes of Practice to inform the SSSC of anything that could call into question a social worker's suitability to be on the register. The SSSC can investigate allegations of misconduct by registered social service workers.
As a registered worker, you are obliged to inform the SSSC about any changes to the information we hold about you. This will help us make sure that we keep the Register up to date.
