Who is it for? |
Some service users have more complex physical care needs and therefore staff working with these service users may require additional skills to ensure that they are competent to provide effective services for this group of people. This Skills Set identifies the SVQ units relevant for staff working with people with complex physical care needs.
This skills set is for staff working with individuals with more complex physical/personal care needs and groups together the skill areas to support competent practice in this area. |
List of Skill Areas & Knowledge |
| Staff should select and complete 4 units from the following list. Unit selection should be based on job role and candidate need. |
