Richard Giles specialises in the design and delivery of bespoke Leadership Programmes for organisations of all shapes and sizes across the globe. Recently in receipt of a National Training Award as part of a syndicate, Richard delivers practical, hands on interventions, drawing on his 25 years of Leadership experience in Industry and at the helm of his own consultancy.

This masterclass will look at the art of influence and how managers and leaders can use communication to encourage and achieve the results they are looking for in others.
