Code 2: Your social service worker must work hard at establishing and maintaining trust and confidence with you and your carer.
We heard from other children in our focus group about how important their time was with their social service worker. The children also all agreed that if their social service worker is going to be occasionally late, they appreciate it when they call to let them know why they have been held up and how long they might be.
