The story begins
The film opens with us meeting C.O.D.Y, a toy robot who escapes from his box in the factory.
C.O.D.Y. is rolling along the pavement not sure what to do next when he meets Jordan, a boy who is about to move into residential care.
C.O.D.Y. sees Jordan and his care worker who are arriving at the residential care home for the first time. Jordan then spots C.O.D.Y. and picks him up to examine him. Jordan then carries him into his new home.
C.O.D.Y. is placed on a desk where he sees a copy of the SSSC Codes of Practice for Social Service Workers and Employers, which he picks up and reads.
And that’s where the adventures begin...
