Your questions

Here are some of the common questions that people ask. If there’s something you want to ask, then email me and let me know... cody@sssc.uk.com

What can I do if I’m concerned about a worker?

If you’re concerned that a worker doesn’t meet the standards set out in the SSSC Code, you need to tell someone. This can be:

  • your key worker and/or another worker
  • your carer
  • the manager
  • Who Cares? Scotland
  • the employer.

All of them can contact the SSSC or you can contact us at any time.

You’ll find more on the Protecting the public section of our website: www.sssc.uk.com and you can contact us at conduct@sssc.uk.com or call 0845 60 30 891.

How can I get a copy of the SSSC Codes of Practice?

The SSSC Codes of Practice is available on the SSSC website to view, download and print. You can also email enquiries@sssc.uk.com and ask for a copy to be sent to you.
