"The Continuous Learning Framework - the journey so far" was held on 2^nd September 2010 at the Macdonald Holyrood Hotel in Edinburgh.  It was attended by 125 people from across the social services workforce and feedback from the day has been very positive.

The main focus of the conference was to highlight the work that has been done so far in embedding the CLF in the sector and showcasing the way organisations and individuals have used it in their own setting.

The programme for the day comprised of five speakers and you may want to view their presentations here and four workshops focussing on leadership, education, organisational development and employee development were delivered by organisations who are using the CLF and who kindly shared their experience in applying the framework within their own setting.
