The The Continuous Learning Framework (CLF) sets out what people working in social services need to do their jobs well now and in the future and what their employer needs to do to support them.  It has four key areas:

1. Knowledge skills values and understanding
2. Qualifications and training
3. Personal capabilities
4. Organisational capabilities
