Our Strategic Plan
Our Strategic Plan details our work for the next three years. The plan explains our outcomes, the work we will do to meet these outcomes and how we will show the difference we will make. It shows how our work contributes to the Scottish Government’s National Outcomes.
The Strategic Plan 2017-2020 sets out our strategic outcomes that we will work towards in 2017 – 2020.
The results of our work over the next three years will help us achieve the following strategic outcomes:
- the right people are on the Register
- our standards lead to a safe and skilled social service workforce
- our resources support the professional development fo the social service workforce
- our stakeholders value our work.
For each of our outcomes we have a number of priorities.

|Priority 4||We work with Scottish Government and other partners to deliver the actions in ‘Social Services in Scotland a shared vision and strategy 2015-2020’.|
