In the interests of ensuring maximum transparency, we make every effort to secure consent to publish all responses in full, subject only to necessary redactions in the interests of data protection. The SSSC has to comply with the requirements of the Data Protection Act.

In August 2017 the Office for Statistics Regulation published a consultation on a refreshed Code of Practice for Statistics 2017. The SSSC’s response is attached.

In June 2017 the Scottish Parliament Equalities and Human Rights Committee published a call for evidence on the proposed Gender Representation on Public Boards (Scotland) Bill. The SSSC's response is attached.

In June 2017 the Low Pay Commission published a call for evidence on the impact of the National Minimum Wage and the National Living Wage. The SSSC’s evidence is attached.

In April 2017 the Scottish Government held a consultation on safe and effective staffing in health and social care. It includes proposals to enshrine safe staffing in law, starting with nursing and midwifery tools. The SSSC’s response is attached.

In April 2017 the Scottish Parliament’s Health and Sport Committee held an inquiry into innovation and technology in health and social care. The SSSC’s evidence is attached.
