Get going together - an induction tool for integrated services

NHS Education for Scotland (NES) and the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) have developed a simple and flexible tool for staff working in integrated settings. The tool:

• enables all staff to develop a greater understanding of their individual role and roles of staff and people that they will be working with
• supports staff to develop a greater understanding of the people and community for which they will be providing a service
• supports staff to develop an understanding of shared learning opportunities available to them and assist in the prioritisation of learning in the early stages of employment.
