Consultation on Rules and Requirements for awards developed from the Standard for Childhood Practice 2008
As you may be aware, the Scottish Social Services Council (SSSC) is having a consultation on the Rules and Requirements for awards developed from the Standard for Childhood Practice.
Please find below a copy of the consultation paper and a copy of the Rules and Requirements for Awards Developed from the Standard for Childhood Practice 2008.
A number of consultation events are also planned during the consultation period. The dates, times and venues for these events are:
Wednesday 9 April 2008, Apex European Hotel, Edinburgh (9.30am - 12.30pm)
Monday 14 April 2008, Aberdeen Exhibition and Conference Centre, Aberdeen (1.30am - 4.00pm)
Thursday 24 April 2008, The Green House Business and Technology Centre, Inverness (1.30pm - 4.00pm)
Monday 28 April 2008, Discovery Point, Dundee (9.30am - 12.30pm)
Tuesday 29 April 2008, GO Business and Training Centre, Glasgow (9.30am - 12.30pm)

The consultation period will run from 21 March 2008 to 9 May 2008 and we look forward to receiving your response, either on an individual or organisational basis, by that date. A response form can be found at the back of the consultation document for your personal details. Responses can either be completed on the original document and returned, or on individual sheets headed consultation questionnaire. Any responses need to relate to the appropriate question asked in the consultation document and require to be headed with the appropriate question in your response.
