National Practitioners Conference 2008
The National Practitioners Conference is being held on Wednesday 25 June at BLCC, Dunfermline.
The event, which is run by the Scottish Government, will give you the opportunity to hear about and contribute to the developing work on the personalisation agenda, one of the key themes of Changing Lives.
